The ground floor comprises a living room, dining room, kitchen, and bathroom, with sober materials and colors that respect the original architecture and allow the space to “breathe.”

An open-plan sleeping and office area was designed in the attic, accompanied by a full bathroom, making the most of the natural light and existing ceiling height.
